The area is located close to the A12 and the ‘Pleijweg’. Public transporter busses will take you in little over 10 minutes from Arnhem Central Station to bus stop ‘Kleefse Waard’, situated at the entry of IPKW. IPKW has sufficient parking space. On and around the park you will find plenty of bicycle-sheds. We have 75 charging stations for electrical cars and a Hydrogen filling station for hydrogen cars Accessibility The reception area, the two main stages and 3 out of 5 session rooms are on the ground floor. Two session rooms are only accessible by stairway. Lavatory rooms for disabled persons can be found at the Park restaurant ‘De Waard’, just across the congress hall. LanguageAll presentations on the Blue Stage will be either in English or be translated by live-interpreters to English (headsets will be provided). One or two of the sub-sessions will be in English and there will be several international parties presenting in English at the Inspiration & Meeting Area. The main language will be Dutch. Catering Coffee, Tea and water are included in the entry fee. Other beverages and food will be submitted to charges. Only electronic payment; cash will not be accepted.
